Founded in 2019, Indonesia Tea Institute aims to raise the standards of tea service in hospitality to a higher level.

Over 15 years of Experience
Founder of Indonesia Tea Institute, Ratna Somantri, is a passionate advocate of high-quality tea, prepared properly to maximize flavour.
With over 15 years of experience as a tea speaker and writer, she is a well-known and highly respected professional in the Indonesian tea world.
As a writer and educator, she focuses on sharing tea knowledge and promoting the love of tea as a lifestyle.
She has written five books on tea and has taught hundreds of people in Indonesia how to appreciate tea.
